Shipping within Sweden

Humbleton uses Postnord Varubrev First Class and DHL Service Point for shipments within Sweden.

DHL Service Point – Delivered to a drop-off point near your delivery address and you will receive an SMS/email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.

Postnord Waybills with home delivery – Sent to your address and your mailbox. In case the parcel does not fit in your mailbox, it will be collected from the nearest delivery point.

Free shipping in Sweden on all orders over 900 SEK. Normal shipping price within Sweden is 39 SEK.

We process all orders as quickly as possible, usually the same day or the next day.

Shipping international

For international shipping Humbleton uses DHL Parcel Connect , German Post and DHL Express as delivery partners. The price of international freight varies from country to country. Your current shipping price is shown at checkout when you enter your address and country. Can’t find your country in the list? Contact store@humbleton.com and we will try to help you manually.

Return & exchange management

  • As a customer, you have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of the order (delivery date). This right only applies if the product and original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
  • To make a return: email store@humbleton.com with information (order number, items to be exchanged or routed) about your return and you will receive a return label for printing by email. Then follow the instructions on the return label depending on your chosen shipping method.
  • Return cost for RETURN from Sweden is 39 SEK and is paid by you as a consumer. For other EU countries, the return cost is 79 SEK. This will be deducted when refunding the return.
  • Return costs for EXCHANGES within Sweden are paid by Humbleton and are free of charge for you as a consumer. For other EU countries, the exchange cost for you as a consumer is 49kr.
  • Normally, all returns are processed within 10 days from the date we receive the return shipment.
  • As soon as the refund is made, you will receive an email from Klarna and from store@humbleton.com

Refund of returned goods

In case of an approved return, we will use the Klarna payment system to refund the part of your order that was returned. Together with Klarna, we will also send you an electronic confirmation of your refund via email.

Free returns handling for exchanges

In the case of exchanges, the return freight is included and any shipping costs are paid by Humbleton. Free shipping on exchanges only applies within Sweden.
